Can we bring a dog?

In Ramzová yes, for a 500 CZK surcharge. In the Laa apartment we unfortunately cannot accept dogs.

How does key handover work?

We'll contact you before arrival to arrange a time. Keys in person, with local tips.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Final cleaning is a one-off fee on top of the stay – 689 CZK at Ramzová, 500 CZK in Laa.

When do I pay?

You pay nothing at booking. We'll get back within 24 hours.

How far is the spa from the Laa apartment?

Five minutes. You can leave the car at the apartment.

What about the escape game at Ramzová?

Right in the apartment and included. The second, outdoor one starts via QR code.
